Welcome to TomCatt's Freeware pages. Here is a collection of my favorite freeware programs for you to download. I love freeware because, well, it's FREE! On these pages is freeware, and only freeware. At no time will I have any shareware programs for download; don't ask for any (although I may point you in the direction of some sites that do offer shareware).
Also, all programs will be accessible. There's nothing more irratating
to me than to find what looks to be a good freeware program; and not
be able to download it because the site linked to another site hosting
the program...and...the other site a. moved b. doesn't have the file
anymore c. the program isn't freeware anymore ......
All programs offered here have been downloaded by me and uploaded
onto an account of mine; so if it's listed, you can get it.
If you have or know of any good freeware programs, send me the info/file(s) and I'll include it here. Sent it to TomCatt
Send in reviews for these programs.
aolPress was the program I used to learn HTML. You can use it as a
WYSIWYG (What You See Is What You Get) editor, then view the HTML
code to see what tags do what. Very simple and easy to use.
Arachnophilia
I haven't used this editor very much, so can't really say much about it.
Blue Ice
I haven't used this editor very much, so can't really say much about it.
Max's HTML Beauty
This editor is 'fair to middlin'. This is a code editor. You need to know
HTML code to use it. It does have a preview selection to see what your page
is looking like as you edit it.
CuteHTML
Same as above although I think it's a bit easier to use.
jseditor.exe
This is an editor for JavaScripts.
web-ed28.exe
A pretty good editor. Has menus and toolbars for HTML and VBScript.
RTF 2 HTML - converts .rtf files to .html files
Checks the links and references of your web site.
